Theme: "The Haryana School Education Act (HSEA)"

The council organised a meeting with Shri M. K. Miglani IAS, Financial Commissioner and Secretary, Department of Education, Haryana in May 2001. He discussed the Haryana Education Act which was promulgated on 4th June 1999.
